We’re currently seeking a skilled, experienced, and dependable Foreman Painter to lead residential and commercial painting projects throughout Southern Maine. Foreman Requirements

  • 5+ years of painting experience

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Physical ability to lift 60 lbs and work with ladders/staging

  • Works across environments: homes, commercial, new builds, or paint booths

  • Meticulous prep and finish quality

  • Full understanding of substrate prep, materials, and application techniques

  • Must have own transportation To/From job sites

  • Valid Driver’s License

Foreman Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily progress and quality from start to finish

  • Communicate with clients and general contractors

  • Handle job flow, change orders, and schedule shifts

  • Apply a wide variety of coatings with full knowledge of dilution/thinning/back-rolling

  • Expert use of airless, air-assisted, and HVLP spray systems

  • Manage tools, spray equipment, and cleanliness across job sites

  • Lead team members and ensure safety compliance
